Question: I have always wanted
to have a web site but is it easy to have one built?
Answer: It
isn't easy unless you
know what you are doing. A lot
of people make the mistake of building their
own site or they hire a friend who dabbles on the
computer to build one for them. When we see
a web site that was created by a novice, it's obvious
because they leave out many key features that
a quality site must have. At BEAUTYWEBDESIGNERS.COM,
we will make sure your site is constructed properly
from the start. Your site will be constructed according
to your specifications, then reviewed by our team
each step of the way, until completion.
Question: What if I don't have enough pictures for my site?
Answer: Don't worry. Although we
enjoy personalizing your site with your own pictures,
we have thousands of royalty-free, quality photos
available for use.
Question: How long will it take to finish my site?
Answer: Your
answers can be found on our
Price List page.
Question: My company is brand new. I don't have brochures or a price
list yet. Can you help me?
Answer: Sure
we can. We will gladly provide you with the information
needed to develop a rough draft of both your Brochure
and Price List. Once provided with a rough draft,
we will take it from there. You do NOT need to
have any computer experience. All of the information
can be sent to us in an e-mail. Once received,
we will restructure it in a professional format
for you.
Question: I already have a web
site that I like but I can't get people to visit
it. Can I get BEAUTYWEBDESIGNERS.COM to represent my
site so that I can get exposure?
Answer: Absolutely!
Transferring your domain to us takes only 3-4 steps
to complete, with your authorization. This process
is better known as "hosting".
Once we obtain the permissions and transfer, we
will begin working to get your site the exposure
it deserves. Your site will simply say, "Hosted
by BEAUTYWEBDESIGNERS.COM,
specialists in beauty-related web sites." at
the bottom of each page.
Question: I would love to have a new web site created by BEAUTYWEBDESIGNERS.COM,
but I work during the day, Monday through Friday...sometimes
Saturdays. Can I make arrangements outside these
times?
Answer: Sure! This
is a common question. Because we understand your
work environment is very demanding, we have flexible
hours to enable us to arrange meetings with you
at night and/or during the weekends at NO ADDITIONAL
CHARGE. It may take slightly longer to complete
your site, but we will adapt our time table to
suit you.
Question: If
I have BEAUTYWEBDESIGNERS.COM build me a web site, when am I expected
to pay for it?
Answer: Half
of the quoted fee is expected up front (by certified
funds), prior to starting the web design process.
Once your initial payment is received, we will
begin work on your site. The remaining half of
the fee will be expected after your final
approval of the completed site. Once we receive
the remaining payment, your site will IMMEDIATELY
be transferred to its permanent location (your
official domain name) and registration into all
the major search engines will be completed.
Question: After
I have paid the initial fee, how long will it be
before I can view the first page?
Answer: Usually
within one week. The first page (better known as
the "home" page) is the MOST IMPORTANT page of the
entire site because all subsequent pages will be
built to it, with the same theme, design layout and
format. We must make sure you are COMPLETELY happy
with the home page prior to building the subsequent
pages. NOTE: Any
changes you make to the layout, design, or structure after we
have obtained your approval of the HOME page will
impose additional fees between $50-$150, depending
on the size of your site.
Question: Are there any hidden
fees?
Answer: No.
Our fee structure includes costs for start-up, such
as domain name registration fees. The only outside
costs would be for additional services you wanted
that were not available from BEAUTYWEBDESIGNERS.COM,
such as set-up fees for an online shopping cart or
a merchant account set-up fee. The reason we cannot
quote these fees on this site is because it depends
on several factors that are unique to each client.
Should you want a shopping cart, we will discuss
the fees with you at that time, after we have helped
you decide what kind of cart you will require.
